Will this clutch fit?

I have a 1997 Maxima SE. Not sure of this clutch fits

Yes it will fit, but that is an OE replacement "Stage 0". If you're going aftermarket might as well get the Exedy Stage 1 or go with a 5th gen clutch for around 200 dollars. It'd grab stronger and last longer.

Dont mean to jack your thread: but does anyone know whta the clamping power is on the OEM clutch one that i just ordered is est 390 ft/lbs ( hopefully more than stock)
