I have my 98 Maxima with Konig Rated R rims measuring 18X7.5". I need help chosing a tire size. I am gunna go with either a Koni and Sprint, or KYB AGX and Sprint when the AGX's get here.

I am tossin up either the 225/40-18 or the 235/40-18.

What do you all think? How tall would the 45 series tires be compared to the 40s? I have a 215/35-18 on them now.

Get 235/40/18. That is the correct diameter for the Maxima.

215/35/18 is way too small of a profile size for your car --

With 18X7.5, you should have 235/40/18 --

i have 17x8 rims and i got 215/45/17 and some guys at work today were saying my wheels look like 16s because i got the wrong size tires. i MAY try to sell my tires since they're only a month old so if i get new tires what size should i get so they dont look too small?

Tires

I went with a 235/40-18. Kumho Ecstas. with a 17, you should go with a 225 or 235/45-17
