It's when you stomp the gas, and your steering wheel instantly turns left or right because one wheel is recieving more torque than the other.

Are there traction bars for FWD's or something???

virtually all FWD cars have some kind of torque steer. want no torque steer? get a RWD car. an LSD eliminates almost all of torque steer in a FWD. might want to look into that.

LSD just makes it look like it isn't doing it... lol

The FSTB seemed to help mine a little.

Only thing that will reduce or free a FWD of torque steer is same length half shafts and or a LSD like the one Cattman is offering in Aug from Quaife...

I'm with turbo95max easiest way to fix torque steer is to trade your fwd for a rwd !!
Otherwise deal with it, cattman lsd sounds good but it'd be pricey. Hey whats the entry level price (cheapest) of a LS1 powered Chev in the states ?

LSD didn't help for me. All it did was make me see flying purple bears.

i dont think the strut bar should do anything to torque steer. To battle torque steer in FWD cars, alot of manufacters used intermerdiate shafts juss like our lovely Maxima, but we all know how effective that was in eliminating torque steer. the Quaife will only be for 5speeds and the transmission will have to be opened up to be put in...from what i hear. Not dropped, opened up.

you wanna stop torque steer?
STOP GASSIN THE PEDAL!!!

if you wanna turn hard left or right, just lay off the steering input, and stop flooring it.

simple as that.

i notice alot of FWD drivers out on the auto-x circuit try to turn too hard and gas too hard, so you get that horrible EEEEEEERRRRR GGRRRRR GRRRRR noise..

u dont need to crank the wheel full turn lock in order for it to go that direction... u can also try blipin the throttle to steer too, u know...
