How do they look? I am looking into a set and I don't want anything that looks cheap.

Thanks.

Just a note on my red/clears. I did my own red/clear conversion and found I like the look better leaving the red side marker and insetting the clear lens inside where the orange was. If you cut it just right, it will hold in place and match up with red marker on the side. I painted the inside of the red marker silver as well to lighten the reflection. Yours look great as well Greg, but what color light do you put in place of the side marker that stays on?

I used to leave the red lens inside of it but i had many people tell me that they like it better without the red lens, and some even returned them to me asking me to remove the red lens. There is no bulb used if the red lens is removed, if you keep the clear bulb in with no red lens it looks funny. I can still make a special pair for anyone who wants it with the red lens inside. It all boils down to personal preference.

Thats true. I think you lights look great. You are a brave man to make those to sell. It took me an entire Saturday to do mine and I chipped one and had to superglue it. You can hardly tell, but it stinks none the less.

They are definately difficult to make. Even thoughover the past year i have made about 200 sets of them and broken at least 30 I have gotten good at making them, but it still takes me 1-2 hours to make each.

Each one is excellent quality and I guarantee you to like them. If you are not happy you can return them, as long as they were not installed on the car, because once installed they get the black silicone on them which is impossible to remove and i cannot resell them as new.

As of right now they only fit 97-99 maximas. But I am in the process of working on some different designs for 95-96 maximas. So they might be available in the near future.

kinda hard for me to say that.. since we are both in the same business.. but he does do great work on them

I didn't know you were in business like that bro.

Off Topic:
I am debating whether to go to DC or not. I really don't feel like driving to Florida that week anyway.

Yeah they do take me longer to make each set. I have learned that it is more important to take your time and recheck each part of the light to avoid anything not looking perfect. Because if they do not look perfect then they are going to be returned which is a hassle for the seller and buyer.

Thanks SprintMax for the above post on my lights. Thought for a minute it was gonna be a flame.

Just thought I'd pop in here to say that I'll be ordering my red/clear tails from Greg as soon as I get the funds. I'd like to get the ones with the red side marker in place like in this picture:

http://www.streetracing.org/cars/pro...n/dsc00762.jpg

That is a pic of Lyt97SC's Maxima. Like I said above, I'll be ordering as soon as I get the funds.

Later,
-Nick

They honestly are not that difficult to install. It basically requires a heat gun/hair dryer to heat up the silicone that seals it to the car, and remove four bolts. I took the time to make detailed installation instructions and include them with each set ordered. I will also give you my home number in case you have any problems. How's that for service??? hehe
