are these coilovers anygood?

i wanna drop my car, i want to do it real bad, i am just crazy about dropping my car right now, but i am kinda low on funds right now becuase of all the spending i have been doin on my car lately. what i wanna know is this, are those coilovers on ebay for $15.99 and $19.99 good? i mean i am ready to buy them if they are any good. the prices are way less then i expected. has anyone bought them before?
