Changed Front O2 Sensors -- Codes Returned??

Hi all
'96 SE
Last week I changed my front 02 sensors with the appropriate Bosch replacements. I also changed my knock sensor. I reset the ECU and both O2 sensor codes returned. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!

Are you sure you replaced the right sensors?

I also have my check engine light on for EGR and front Oxygen Sensor on the left cylinder bank. i was wondering how much this part would cost? and any other suggestions to what might be wrong?

Oh yeah -- I'm sure I replaced the right sensors. Hard to screw that up. 3-wire O2 sensors -- two whites, one black, no polarity, so doesn't matter how they're wired. Ideas?

My suggestion is to just drive for about 2 weeks and see if the code goes away. It has done this before to me and also others.

I changed the air filter a couple of months ago. I'll check it. So sometimes the codes come back and go away? I can understand why they might not go away immediately, but why would the ECU send a code after reset like this? Unless there's still a problem?
