Are you talking about the short (about 6") S shaped pipe that connects the Cat to the resonator that has the final O2 sensor?

You can get a straight pipe resonator to replace you cat on e-bay motors. If that is what you are looking for.

there is no single part to replace it. a 95/96 or 99 b pipe will replace the 97/98 b pipe including the s pipe, but you need to weld in an o2 sensor bung. the only aftermarket b pipe to reuse the s pipe that i know of is the courtesy.
