Luda Lip?

Has anyone done the luda lip mod in the how-to's? I was wondering how it looks. I was thinking if its pretty cheap that I would try it and do some better paint. Anyone tried it?!

IMO I like it especially the grille, all of my non-Max friends like it. But there are also a lot of haters out there.

I also think it would look pretty good on your car, considering that it's black.

Yeah def. a lot of haters. I think I'm gonna look into it. If I spend time on painting and making it fit...it shouldnt be too expensive and I think it would look ok on my max...till I save for stillen haha.

I feel like I'm just talking to you man. Here and my other thread. Basically the only two posting now haha

Its a pain that everyone is an a$$ about it. The idea is cool. Creativity is great. It's true too. If it was painting and all and no one knew it was from home depot it would be straight. Everyone is just f'd up thinking that you gotta have the brand name kits and it's gotta be what everyone else is got. It's like their thought that it's only quality if you pay more than $200. F that...I'm trying it.

If you actually read the thread Bonka posted, and read the post of ludicris and checked his sig it pretty funny. He didn't like the 97-99 max stillen lip but then he eventually got it. I like it for how much it is worth but I'm planning on getting the stillen lip. Creativity for those that are poor.

Thanks dark. That kinda agrees with me. I like the idea for the money. When I save enough I'll def do stillen. But for now I'd like some type of lip....gives a little more aggresive look. Just pisses me off when people make comments about all the "crappy" ideas (as they say) that people have just because they were trying to be creative and not spend f'n $300 ya know?

1. Nobody said the ludalip was a bad idea (or on any other custom thing on the org for that matter). Read the thread, he got nothing but praise for it

2. Its pretty noticable when your close to the car that it isnt a normal lip, looks good from further away

Hey Sutter, I was just at home depot looking at support options. How'd you connect the metal strips to the back and how heavy were they? I had some ideas but they seemed too heavy...

Since no one seems to have told you yet.............. why don't you look thru the stickies first before posting??? All the questions on your posts have been answered over and over again. If you check the how-to, there's a pic of the Ludalip on a black max.

It's a very creative mod...very cheap as well. Many hate on it because it's from Home Depot and all, but nobody would know that unless the question was asked.
