rear brake and sometimes front brakes

rear brake and sometimes front brakes
i have auto and when irelease my foot off the pedal and let the car roll i would hear and feel a slight vibration from the back wheel and only when my steering is turn i would feel is in the front is that normal...is there anywat to fix that

bent rim, tire not inflated properly, need 4 wheel alignment....
