I just installed the AUXNISS in my 2000 Maxima. I'm able to play music through the AUX input, but there is a very audible whine present. I've done some research and it seems this may be due to a common ground, but I haven't been able to find any information on how to ground the auxniss.

I bought a ground loop isolator from Radio Shack but it only made the problem slightly worse. The whine is present both when the engine is on and when it's off. It's only on the AUXNISS input (not on Radio, Tape, etc) and goes away if I unplug the round connector on the RCA side of the AUXNISS.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Josh
