what type of coolant is in there now? was it flushed last time, or just drain/fill? if only OEM coolant has been used in the past, then stick with it and just do a drain and fill. if you used something else last time, or are unsure of what combination of fluids is in there, then take it to a shop and do a full machine flush with either OEM or Zerex G05. do not use traditional green. the Dexcool clones are prolly ok, but G05 is better. go search the coolant forums at bobistheoilguy.com for more info.

Check the owners manual and stick with what it recommends.

Technically you shouldnt use prestone green coolant because it has silicates (i think) in it which are bad for aluminum block, but i use it anyways..not problems. If you absolutely have to use coolant without the silicates, use OEM Honda coolant, its just as good as OEM NIssan coolant, but cheaper.
As for replacing the coolant, do it yourself, all you need is a drain pan and a screw driver, dont even need a jack. To change everything out do as follows;
1. drain radiator contents.
2. fill radiator with water.
3. run engine until thermostat opens.
4. drain radiator.
5. repeat steps 2-4 about 2-3 more times.
6. fill radiator with 100% anti-freez
Doing this will get the used coolant out of the cylinder banks so that you dont have to drain them manually because the bolts for that are very hard to get to. After filling and draining so many times, you will get straight water transfered to thoes cylinder banks, then when the 100% of anti-freez in the radiator mixes, you will get about a 50-50 mix.
