Suspension Q

just got the tokico illiumias and tein S tec spring for my new suspension.My Q is any one have a sugguestion of what setting i should put the car on...?

i run 4/4 but we have pretty good roads here.. and i like the rougher ride..

im riding on illumina/eibach tho.
