You most likely have a leak.

I used to get a raspy noise too when I put in my custom 2.25 exhaust. It sounded like a civic. I ended up buying two resonators from ebay to imitate they set up that Greddy has on their Catback and it did reduce the raspy noise a little bit. But what really helped was the Headers.

thanks

Sy0p-- I heard those exhaust naturally are raspy. I've never heard them but I was looking into getting one until I heard that. Ask around to see how else has your set up.

This is a common issue with most custom exhaust tail pipes. Go to the Exhaust samples and listen to them, most of them sound like this beside Ceasar's and one other guy's.
