How could I switch Bose to Navigational??

How could I switch Bose to Navigational??
Is there anyway I could get my bose system taken out and switched to a navigational sirius satellite radio system like what they have in Mercedes, and if so could mye removed?

yes there are double din units out there that fit the stock radio location....check out the pioneer avic's and the eclipse avn's units

What about an external GPS system, or would you rather have one that fits "IN" the dash?

Which ever looks good, you know what I mean because my car is brown or tan in side whatever and it has wood grain in it also so the navi would go great,because it looks like a expensive car.

Is there a place that lists all the stereo's that fit, or at least the dimensions of the stock stereo?
