I Need advice on 45mm Offset Wheels

Hey guys,
I just recently purchased 17x7 Konig Holes and their offset is 45mm. I have them installed on the car, but had a little trouble at the installers. He had to use open ended tuner bolts to properly mount the wheels on, and he didn't use any wheel spacers. The rims look ok in the front, but are in a little more than id like at the rear. I just wanted some opinions from you guys as to what I should do.
Also I am thinking about getting these lock nuts: http://store.montreal-subaru-club.co...?productID=123 I was just wondering if they will fit on the new wheels considering the offset and what little stud room I have. I believe they will fit, but I just wanted to check with all of you first.

Thanks

those are hardly "wheel locks" anyone can get a key to those things.
if you have 45 offset and he had to use open ended lug nuts then you probably have alot of stud sticking out of the wheel, right? i wouldnt buy that kit for 50 bucks especially if they are just gonna bottom out.
go to a discount tire

Im in Canada...so Discount Tire is a little bit of a drive for me....maybe if I am near niagara falls or something......
Either way, the studs are not sticking out......there is still thread left on the lug if you look at it. Im just worried about how much thread is actually being used. I saw a link to some ARP wheel studs. Do you guys know how easy it is to install new studs?
I don't see how those mcgard locks are poor lock nuts. Im posting a picture of them right now and you can judge for yourself. Their design allows for a nearly unlimited amount of lock patterns....The ones im talking about are in the middle of the picture....(the chrome ones with a key pattern).
