I know full well you can replace the orange part of the tail lights just buy heating them...but does the red part come out too? just a question had some ideas

 

Yes, the red comes out too.

 

The upper red is part of the outer lens. I did the red/clears on my 97. The only red part u can remove is the small marker section on the outer bottom. And don't even try pulling the lenses apart until the glue is nice & hot or yull crack the lens.(trust me!)
