Wiper Help

Wiper Help

did a search and i couldnt find what i needed.. pretty simple question.. my wipers dont work on the first setting(they are non-intermitent).. they only work on the higher settings? i replaced the wiper fuse and that didnt fix it.. i wanted to get an intermitent stalk anyway but i just wanted to make sure that i didnt have to replace anything first..anyboyd else have this problem?

What kind of wiper control do you have?

most often it means a resistor in the wiper motor...replace it (the motor itself)

is there any way i can check to make sure thats what it is before i buy a whole new motor?
