Where are the drain plugs on our MT's?

it's a little bolt (14mm if i recall correctly) behind where the shifter support rod bracket bolts to the transmission. you have to use an open end or box end wrench to get to it (unless you remove the support rod).

To clarify what Neal said, this bolt is a 12mm head and it's located on the transmission housing, near the bottom, closest to the rear and center of the car. The head of the bolt faces sideways toward the big black engine support bar. It's close enough to the bar to prevent you from using a socket. A ratcheting wrench is ideal, IME.

Do not remove any other parts of the tranny to drain. You will probably break or lose something.
