Gauge Cluster

Hey guys I found a whole gauge cluster assembly on ebay and it has about 100k miles on it, but my car has just a little bit over 72k. Is there anything I could do to get that cluster to read that mileage?

Look for one on car-part.com with mileage a little closer to yours.

Isn't there somehow to change the mileage directly? Only if it's not digital can't you hook up a power drill or something like that?

Its pretty simple to change if you take everything appart, but I doubt the mods will like people explaining how to roll back mileage on a public forum....

I thought they had something in place to prevent rolling back the mileage? An indicator on the front of the odometer, or them not lining up correctly or something of the sort.

So basically besides maybe going to the stealership, there is nothing I can do?
