Fuel Pump Fuse Blowing!!!

Fuel pump fuse keeps blowing while driving. Car will not crank when fuse blows. Which is odd because I use to remove my fuse and crank the car before changing the fuel pump. I changed the fuse and now it blows when I try to crank the car. Any idea why?

The fuel pump fuse has nothing to do with the starter.
Are you sure it's the fuel pump fuse thats blowing?

Where is the blown fuse located?

It's in the middle column of the fuse box about 5 or 6 fuses up. Might not be the fuel pump fuse then. I just remember it being in that vicinity. The cars not here so I can't check.
