pm vipervadim he's installed 3 so far, 1 being on his car. He's in the NY area. I'm sure he'd do it and wouldn't rape you on the charge.

00vi is an alternative to a MEVI. It is a (variable?) valve intake from the 5th gen Max. It has a bit more power than a MEVI, but isn't a direct bolt-on like the MEVI is, so requires a bit of modification. I'm not an expert, just relaying what I remember from the threads I've read here. (Personally I prefer the way the MEVI looks, especially if you paint the cover)

Thanks for the info, but to be honest with you, i dont even know what a MEVI is, but from reading what you told me, it generally gives you more power than whats on your stock engine; right?
Sorry guys for the dumb questions, basically im a newbie, jus tryin to get a little bit more poweer in my maxi.

MEVI gives you more power in the upper RPM range, while sacrificing power down low. the 00vi is able to give you more power in the upper RPM range with out the drop in low end. more power, but it's not as easy to install. i can say i have first hand experience as i'm having problems with my install right now and it sucks having a car down and having to borrow your moms.

I highly recommend you donate $20 to gain access to the search tool. It will help a TON. =)
