upper intake manifold bolt

i cant get the upper driverside bolt. it snaped in the middle for sure i can spin the top but if i feel the bottem of the bolt it doesnt spin like the other side. also its a bit crooked like it was torqed to tight or somthing. im idling high and i think that might be why. how would you go about getting that bolt out.

if the bolt thread is stuck and the bolt top spins, drill it out and then tap it.

The end ones are studs with a nut on them. The tip of the stud looks like a torx bit. They make female torx sockets for removing them. If you dont have that tool and if there is enough thread sticking out (probably not), you could thread on another nut tightly against the original. Then you can turn the original one with a wrench. I took out the stud with a 12 point socket in the past.

tried with a 12 pt socket but it wont come out. and the top nut does spin but will not come off. so if i have enough thread i should put a nut on it then get say a box wrench and try just spining the origonal bottem nut ?
