Maxima in the new Fast and the Furious movie ?

i think it was a 95-96 Nissan Maxima in the movie. It was when the bad guy with the 350z was chasing the main guy, there was a white 95 or 96 maxima behind the lights. It was very short, but i was 100% sure it was a maxima. Even though it wasnt a big part of the movie or anything, it was good to c our car in the movie. =] if you guys do watch the movie, look careful when the chasing begins.

I would be ashamed to be caught in a F&F movie.

Was the Maxima doing JDM-style drifts or American style ones?

I noticed a couple of stock max's in that movie. I think that whole movie was about 80% nissan cars. For those who havent seen it. in this edition, they took out most of the stupid talking parts and focused more on racing and tire screeching. The audio is about 1.5 hours of engine revving and tire screeching, with the occasional classic F&F dialogue thrown in between scenes. There was also a lot of Japanese music but sadly they didnt do the "In Nagasaki we like bukkake" song.

I spotted the same white 4th gen 3 times :-)

Same white 95-96 4th gen showed up 3 times

1st time was when the guy slammed the Silvia into the parked cars it was the second one there.
2nd time was when it almost T-boned the Lancer in the chase sequence
3rd time was when the cars swirved by it in what looked like a tunnel (same car?! )

i also spotted an i30

in conclusion there were a shytload of NISSAN cars in that movie.

Guess we know who is top dawg

I sure hope pricetags on Z's don't go up cuz I want one!

The movie itself was better than the 2nd one...the ending was pretty cool and better than I imagined...

when they did mod one up, it could barely beat a stock 5spd maxima. Same with every other car they made. Supra running 14's? COME ON.

the MAX was the only car out of the F&F movie not to be featured in Need For Speed Underground (the R33 Skyline wasn't there either but it already had an R34 Skyline so putting an R33 in would've seemed kinda pointless...) but I think it was more because half of the cars in the game were already NISSANs.

For a forum that thinks the F&F movie is from the first one and second one, many still went out and saw it. You really can't expect a good story and dialogue out of this type of thing. They even tried making movies on speed bikes, same lame plots and dialogues. I'd still go out and see them for the racing scenes, hot chicks, and hot cars.

like I said before, if your looking for an "intelligent movie" keep walking, this movie is a movie to watch "en coro" with friends.

I hear ya however, there's a big difference between their scene and ours. Most of our cars can't even touch theirs so there goes that. Those cars cost a lot of money, and I mean way more than what we usually spend to get the usual bolt-ons. With that, comes the hot chicks. They can smell major money from far away and they love to hang around that type of element. Big money + hot cars = hot (airhead) girls. In addition, this type of movie portrays the racing underground, thinking that they are all above the law and all. I'm not down for all that. But it makes for a good flick to kill some time and see. I'll just go to a club in hollywood to see all the hot airhead girls I can lay my eyes on.

Exactly why I didnt see the movie yet. I was afraid of ricers like you speeding and others drifting out of the parking garages and streets.
