Maxima seems like its Slacking

My car has not been as fast as it used to be. What are some things i should check to tune up the engine. Also i was told that when i floor it i have white smoke coming out of the exhaust... what would that be

White smoke is coolant burning - check your coolant levels

yeah, and check your oil for a milky substance, could be headgasket.

Check your spark plugs, fuel filter, PCV valve, clean TB, things like that.

hope you are using 93 on the fuel, this could help keep the engine clean to.
