Inhibitor Switch, Code 11 01.

Inhibitor Switch, Code 11 01.
I do manually shift my car often. Usually when I'm in traffic and don't want it to be upshifting downshifting every second. Please do not say it's bad for this, or good for that. The TCU controls the shift points, 99% of the time it shifts on it's own anways even when I am "manually shifting".
Needless to say, I got this code tonight. Now it is NOT related to the park/neutral safety switch. My reverse lights DO work. The car CAN NOT be started in ANY gear EXCEPT Park or Neutral. I did an extensive search on the inhibitor switch and can not find it's location mentioned anywhere, nor can I find a price for it, nor can I find how to order it from the dealer as most of the morons there would perceive it as the Park Neutral / Saftey Switch, the code for that is 10 03, not 11 01. All help is greatly appreciated.
I do understand that the inhibitor switch sends a signal to the TCU telling it what gear the car is in. I'm assuming telling the car what gear the gear selector is in.
All I want to know is where it's located, preferrably a picture , how much it'll run me, and what part # or name would I order it under from the dealership.
Thanks guys!!!!

Before I order the switch part # 31918-80X02 I need to make sure that what I'm ordering is NOT THE SAME as the park neutral safety switch. Also, where can I find the swtich and how easy is it to install? Will I also need to purchase a relay or something?

Can someone PLEASE tell me WHY part # 31918 which according to the dealer is the inhibitor switch looks JUST like the park/neutral safety switch on rockauto.com and other sites. And why part # 32005M which according to the dealer is the Park Neutral Safety switch looks NOTHING like the pns switches on rockauto and other sites?

From looking at the illustrations in posts 7 & 8 it appears that post 7 is for an auto (App. Model AT) and post 8 is for a manual transmission (App. Model MT).
For code 1101 (P0705) the NISSAN FSM on p. AT-82 suggests you also examine the harness and connectors (the inhibitor switch circuit is open or shorted) of the inhibitor switch.

Nowhere in my NISSAN FSM is there a part called "park neutral safety switch". There is a Park/Neutral Position Switch and according to the info. on p. EC-425 the Neutral position switch is for M/T models. The Inhibitor switch is for A/T models.
