Turn Signals, please read.

A while ago while having my turn signal indicating me turning left froze. It sounds funny but it wasn't flashing, it was just continously on sort of like the bulbs in the taillights, I lost the flashing functionality. I hit the hazards and they started flashing again. Then today, while leaving the hazards on, they stopped flashing again. Then started working, I can hear the clicking when it is flashing but it is very faint. Do I need a new turn signal stalk?

Are the relays a part of the switch, or are they seperate from the switch?

I didnt have my phone on, i just turned it on. call me and we'll set something up, i'll be cleaning out the garage looking for a set of keys for an ignition cylinder I need, and putting back together my shell I call a car. I'll be home most all day.

Check the connection of the wiring to your hazard lights. Pull out your hazard button, check that the wire block that feeds into it is secure, then replace.

I don't know about the Maxima, however german cars use the relay in the 4-way flasher for the turnsignals. Sounds like Nissan had the same idea, you may need a new 4-way switch.
