CEL Throwing code P1447

I know it has to do w/ my EVAP sensor...but what do I replace. Ive seen posts here about a problem I have during the winter where until the engine gets warm I have trouble starting or i'll hear a cranking noise on startup. I'm not sure if they are related or not.

I would seriously doubt that the evap sensor code would cause any start up issues. That is unless some valve is stuck open allowing too much air in when cranking.

Was this problem ever solved? I have the same problem. I have problem code p1447 on my 98 maxima and when I start my car, especially in the winter, it kinda hesitates or it will just cut off if I don't have my foot on the gas. But after my engine has ran 4 a while, it will not have this problem. Another problem I have is with my A/C. The heat and air both work, but it doesn't really blow until I am driving. It works best on the freeway. I want to fix it myself b/c I think it is something simple but I don't know where to start and I don't have unnecessary money to spend.
