Rocker Switch

I'm wiring a switch to control my drop resistor. I bought a rocker switch with an LED. Now I've wired up a million two-prong toggle switches, but never anything with an LED (three-prong). I tried a million different combinations to get this thing to work, and it wouldn't even do it's job as a switch. So, I threw in a toggle switch temporarily, and it works.

So how do I wire this thing? I've tapped the power (12v +) from the drop resistor and run wires to the cabin. So basically it's interrupting the + flow. The diagram on the little box the switch comes in labels it as this:

EARTH (ground)
LOAD
POWER (positive)

So what needs hooked up where? I have both the wires coming from the engine bay (the drop resistor's +) and a ground wire running to a screw on the frame hidden behind an interior panel.

Put this in the audio forum even though it's not audio. They know that stuff in there.
