Are these any good? They are much cheaper than the AGX's. I think the only downside would be that they aren't adjustable...or are they? Do you think they'd be worth it for a poor student who wants to lower his car?

Basically they are stock replacements. When I put those on my Altima with aftermarket springs they blew out within 6 months. I'd stick with Koni's or go with Tokiko.

I just bought KYB GR2s yesterday from Shox.com so now Im going to defend them. Ive read and talked to people with both GR2s and Tokicos. Ive had people tell me that KYBs are basically stock replacements but Ive also had people tell me that they are very high quality and they last a long time -- much longer than Tokicos. Stock replacemnt or not, the common trait of the KYB GR2s is always durability -- the KYBs seem not to deteriorate anywhere near as fast as Tokicos. People in recent months have been coming out of the woodwork about the lack of quality of Tokicos. Most people have described the ride of Tokicos going from stiff to unbearable in as little as 10,000 miles.

Do a search and compare testimonials from different members, they are all very interesting.
