Don't take it personal dude! I'm not completely positive. I believe it is donate $20 and your good for 20 years. But since I wasn't sure I suggested for you to post it in a forum where an admin (who knows the correct answer) can help you. It wasn't meant how you took it at all.

20 dollars for 20 years comes out to one dollar a year paid in a lump sum of 20 bucks. its worth it.
