Question if anyone can help..............

How do I make my headlamp lens spotless? although I have 8000k HID's the lens looks like someone pissed on them. Help pleasssssse.

Use some pi$$ cleaner, and then don't park close to large-breed dogs!.

wet sandable paper is the black sand paper. get a high grit. 600 should do for sanding (and yes keep the paper and area being sanded wet). then get plastic polish and use that with the buffer. I don't know of any plastic polish by name but it'a out there. Someone else prolly knows aq good kind. Also there was a thread on here a long time ago where someone had polished their headlights and posted a how to. Maybe someone could resurect that.

gasoline & newspaper works great for cleaning glass. Bit dangerous in this heat, and hard to dispose of the newspaper afterwards.

Take it you've tried ammonia glass cleaner & that bug/tar/sap cleaner stuff.

steel wool & vodka?

if he is talking about his 99, he has plastic lenses. wetsand and then use a plastic polish.

I used 1000 grit then 1500 grit and then buffed with 3 stage compounds they look like new!
****Caution**** put masking tape over any and all paint around the headlights before buffing the buffer will take the paint off in a real hurry!!!!!!
