When I turn my AC on, the secondary fan by the radiator starts rattling loudly. I haven't taken anything apart for a closer look yet, but was wondering if you guys might suggest what might be causing this. The rattling also occurs if the AC is not on and the fan turns on.

I got the same problem. Its super loud but it doesnt happen all the time.

 

Mine starts rattling immediately after I turn on the AC. Heads are turning in the parking lot. Not good.
