anti rattle tape
when I have rattles, I use thick double-sided sticky tape. That way, it pads, and sticks, instead of vibrate against parts. The only thing that rattles in my car is the change in the ashtray.

Wouldn't the thick double sided tape leave gaps among the panels and such?
I have many many rattles everywhere, all over the car, and they drive me crazy, I am also looking to solve all of them to make the car very quiet, the whole entire car, what should I do?

As for the thick foam tape... I have them in several thickness (1/16", 1/8", 3/16")... just find the one that makes it snug. Or buy the thinnest one (1/16") and double layer it to your need. You can get it at art/craft store, or hardware store where they have the masking tape, duct tape, etc.

Squeak Tape

Three general ways to keep plastic rubbing on plastic from squeaking: either (1) stop them from rubbing, (2) keep the parts from actually touching each other (such as using foam tape, business cards, etc.), or (3) use something like this anti-squeak tape which is intended to make one surface so slick that the parts now "slide" against eachother without squeaking.
Also, make sure when reassembling things that you have all of the metal clips. It's a pretty sure bet that these cars didn't have these squeaks when they were new, and it was the tension provided by these clips that kept the parts from rubbing against each other. I'd guess that replacing or re-tensioning these clips would go a long way towards eliminating the squeaks.
I got the 3M squeak tape from napa as well. Its complete crap. does not stick at all and does nothing for rattles. Use the fuzzy side of the thinnest velcro your harware store carries. Cut in into strips and hit all the places mentioned in the Nissan service bulletin and you will have a rattle free car.

I actually have changed my suspension. Before I had ground control coilovers and they were complete crap, and over the crappy roads here, they are what caused the dam rattles because of the harsh ride.
Now I have springs and tokico shocks and the ride is much smoother, but because of the previous suspension, I still do hear dash and panel noise almost all over. What is the best way to get rid of it completely?
I was thinking of the sqeak tape but I don't want to spend all that time and money if it won't work. Dynomat between the panels might be too thick, and it is heavy. What can be a sure/foolproof way to get the sounds out and make the car quiet without having the creaks/rattles coming back?
Thanks many in advance.

Well I am not looking to get a new car or anything soon, so I am looking for a good solution to the problem at hand to make the car quiet again.
I love the car very much and it's mainly just these noises that annoy the hell out of me so I just want to make them go away.
Thanks in advance for suggestions/input.
