9004 wire harness

Just got an APC wire harness for my headlight bulb upgrade, haven't really looked at the directions yet but wondering how hard is it to install this thing? Also, how the hell do you get the clearance light assembly out, I looked at the owner's manual and I couldn't pop it out like it said and I really pulled like a sonofabit!h, thanks for the help!

answer to 1st part from Cheston's site:

anwer to 2nd part:
You have to use a long flathead screw driver to 'gentle' pry it out...(look straight down to see the part you need to pry) I'd use an index card on the bottom edge between the bumper to keep from scratching the bumper when it gives way...

I do... the signature pick was an old one about 2 years ago... hehe

I think everyone has the problem you have when trying to remove the clearence lights. Just spray some WD-40 into the ball socket and it should come right out.....

Spray some WD-40 on the ball joint and it will pop out alot easier.
