Is this I or II ? Im trying to decide witch hardware interface to buy so i can get diagnostics on my laptop so i can see all the gauges (digimoto) turn off the fuel pump and all the neat stuff.

I couldnt find any stickers relating to what OBD it is... just like i cant find one for my paint color.... seems like my car was stripped of those or something.

 

first pic looks like OBD I

 

second one seems like ODB 2 ? right ??

With Nissan Data Scan i am able to turn off cylinders... now im thinking would that be good to turn off few cylinders and possibly save on gas ??? or would it be bad for my car.. sorry its a newbie question... but i got to learn somehow

 

So the first pic is NOT ODB I it is just a consult diagnostics and the passenger side one is ODB II =) had to read a lot of crap on this on the forums.... i dont think i saw any stickes for this.
