Flywheel goes right up against the crank then that spacer goes on the flywheel.

Matt,

You're using the Fidanza right? If you are, do not use this spacer.

Yeah, no spacer with the Fidanza, I'm not running one on mine. I don't recall off the top of my head what the torque is for the flywheel, and a friend has my FSM right now, but 69-69 ft-lbs. sounds about right.

Now, for the pressure plate bolts I believe the FSM said 25-35 ft-lbs for those, BUT, that was for the stock flywheel which is not made of aluminum like the fidanza. The metal on the fidanza flywheel is VERY VERY tender. I used 20 ft-lbs on them to avoid stripping the threads out of the flywheel holes for the pressure plate (happened on two of my friends bolt holes on his stillen flywheel when he tried to do 35 ft-lbs.). 20 ft-lbs. is fine as long as you have equal torque on each bolt and you follow the tightening pattern... VERY important.

I did 15 on the pressure plate, then 30 on the 2nd go'round (the FSM recommends torquing it in 2 cycles). As for the flywheel (mine is Fidanza as well), 61-69 is right.

I had to mill the inside of the fidanza hole to fit onto to the motor. Kinda weird. I took barely any off, and it slid right on

Theres no direction on my Clutchnet for the "Flywheel Side"....I know there is a direction on my Exedy, but not on my clutchnet. What side goes what ?

Thanks in advance.

Do you have a clutch alignment tool? You'll need one if not.

I dont know what way the Disk Goes. On my Exedy, it is labeled "flywheel side" Do I put the Beefier side of the Clutchnet Disk towards the flywheel ?? Theres a beefy side of the disk and a thin side...

The flywheel side is usually the side opposite the side where the springs are sticking out.

This is pretty much the best way to describe it.

Matt,

I checked my FSM for you and the torque for the flywheel bolts is 61-69 ft-lbs.

Good Luck!
