Adjustable Shock Strut Combo Vs. Coilovers

I've been looking into redoing the suspension on my max now, currently having Tokico HP's and stock springs. The ride is decent, maybe a little bumpy at times but the rounds around here are rough. I'm mainly looking for first hand experience with the differences between these setups for overall comfort/drop.

Also, what are the advantages to coilover kits as opposed to just getting the shocks and springs, I notice there's a price difference of about $300 (coilovers being more pricey)

well ur first mistake is S-techs......coilovers are always a good bet....they are designed to work with each other to give greatest handling and trying to maintain comfort....and good struts such as Konis are rather on the expensive side but worth it and when it comes to buying everythign recommneded for a spring/strut install coilvers are bout 100 more.....

I bought my basics from automax in GB. They might be on back order though. I waited like 3 weeks or so to get them.

I have had my KYB- AGX's with the ground control coilover set up for a long while and I have been happy with them. No troubles with this set up and the ride is good... a little bumpy, but i think its because the car is so low...

Ebay, Tein website, GB forum... not too hard to find, I've found them ranging anywhere from $750 (GB) to $890 (Tein MSRP)
