my car has been having a terrible time since my last fill up. ive been using 91 premium octane all summer from this one station with no problems, and yet the last time i filled up (41 miles ago with 5.99gal of 91 oct premium) i have had

a) rough idle around 600rpm
b) rough shifts - auto winding up to 3-4k rpm's before it goes to 2nd
c) no power - flooring the car cant get wheels to chirp when they used to completely spin out

i feel like leaving the car on all night to run this **** poor gas out of my car...

 

No codes? Try some fuel injector cleaner and see if that helps the problems.

 

my check engine light isn't blinking so i assume there aren't any codes...

i forgot to mention there's a lot of vibration too

 

might not be the gas..might be something do to with mechanical problems. have you performed a tune up lately? how are your engine mounts, and are your tires treads still in decent shape?

 

miles, miles on plugs, does the CEL light up when you start the car?

I would just blow through this tank, refill with the best you can get and go from there

 

Could my CAT be going bad? I just had an aftermarket Y pipe put on a few weeks ago

 

Check and see if you have any ghost codes.
