Replacing Engine Mounts

Has anyone tried the replacement mounts from ebay/autoparts etc?

I can't afford the downtime of using the 80shore urathane kits so I'm looking at getting the replacement mounts. Has anyone used them?

Do you need these mount stops that are shown on some sites? Seems like you need a really big washer for all of them except the tranny mount which is like an "I" bar. What's up with that?

Should I do them all or is there one particular mount that tends to go on our cars? It seems like there are more rear-firewall and front-left mounts available. Actually, I can't find a front-radiator or right-tranny mount anywhere.

One final stoopid question...there are 4 engine mounts aren't there?

Cheers guys!

Yea there are 4. Make sure you get the correct ones. If you have a 5 spd youll need a 5 spd tranny mount. The front mount is electronic liquid filled on the automatic. I have a timming chain side mount ill sell you for $25 shipped. Its in great shape and I can get you a pic.

the 2 that make the most difference filled are the front and rear. any one of the 4 could wear out prematurely. it just depends on lots of factors.
