This is all assuming these things haven't been done in some time: plugs, clean your TB, replace or clean your air filter, replace your fuel filter, oil-change, radiator flush. Overall visual inspection for oil leaks, broken parts, etc. Maybe a tire rotation?

If needed: tranny flush, A/C service, belts, brake and powersteering fluids.

Just to give you an ide of what to expect: I just had a shop give my 97 SE 5-spd a once over @97K and they replaced both axles (torn CVs and it was cheaper to replace with remanufactured axles than to pay the labor to repack), new upper and lower coolant hoses, flushed and replaced the coolant and trans fluid. They said my spark plugs were fine (I expected I was going to have to replace them). I had recently replaced the belts and brakes, so those were still good.

I would suggest you check all your major mechanicals and fluids, and if you replace any fluids, replace any soft goods (hoses) in that system while you are in there. Nothing worse than breaking a belt or blowing a hose 5K later when you could have changed it easily.
