Traction Control

I am looking to find another maxima to buy. I see some of the later models like 99 have tc. Is there a button to shut it off? What years and models have it?

its a buttom. i have it in my 99 gle, my friend in his 02 se dont

Some have it some don't it was optional on 99+ AFAIK.

Mine is 99 GLE. It has TCS and there is a switch to turn it off.

Do any of the 5 speeds have it or just the automatic?

I guess it's automatic only feature. The idea of TCS is, when driving (front) wheels are skidding, the system cut the driving power from engine to avoid further skidding.
