5th gen clutch

My clutch is slipping pretty bad, I'm looking to replace it with a 5th gen. What are all the parts that I need in order to do this?

I love my 5th gen clutch, it looks great sitting in the basement for the past 8 months. In all seriousness, you'll love the 5th gen clutch. For $180 it's unbeatable...
