My little sister still lives in CI on 31rst St and Surf. CI is even worse now than when I lived there. It was a wild place before I moved. Shooting just about every night.

I didn't hear about the shootings, but the first night my friend moved there he parked his car in the parking lot next to his building, but made a mistake parking it within reach of objects thrown from the building. In the morning he had a piece of glass on his car that was apparently thrown at night. Dented roof and broken windshield. What kind of a moron would do that? At least he has a cheap-a$$ Neon, so the repairs were not as painful, $-wise. I'd kill the bastards!

Man, you would lose the battle. Sea Park where I lived was known for that crazy shhhh. People in my building usd to throw garbage, bikes, refrigerators, eggs, ice, potatoes and people. A little boy was throw off my building a few years ago. It was all over the news. Anything that could be lifted was thrown. I knew how the apartments were setup in my building so if I saw a window that look a object come from it, I was up there knocking on their door with their quickness.

West Hartford, CT (lots of Maximas here, though none appear to have any mods at all) and I go to school in Worcester, MA. where there are barely any Maximas and a lot of gang civics and crap like that.
