4th-5th gen clutch

Alright, so a year ago I started getting clutch chatter, and my pressure plate went out about 150 miles into a 300 mile trip. Driving 150miles on the highway with no clutch isn't hard until you hit traffic.
Anyway, I had the clutch replaced, flywheel resurfaced, etc, and now I'm getting clutch chatter again. I've got a few questions:

1) I didn't break in the clutch properly before, at about 300 miles I had to (slowly) back out of a 50% grade driveway and burned it up pretty badly. Would this have anything to do with the pressure plate going?

2) I'd like to get a 5th gen clutch when I replace this. Is the pressure plate any stronger in this setup? How much of a difference should I notice? IIRC there's about 15% more grabbing power but it seems like people are saying it's a lot more grabby than the 4th gen. I'm not really in the habit of powershifting or abusing the clutch, except for the occasional 2-3k soft launch, and I'm a pretty smooth driver. Also, would this be the same price as the 4th gen clutch, and do you think I could have the dealer do it as warrantee work (since they did my clutch a year ago)?

i have the 5th gen clutch, i love it, grabs nice and hard, pedal is about the same as before. The only thing is i find it grabs a little hard when your trying to normally take off, but in most cases its good.

The part numbers i got was:

Clutch Cover - 30210-2Y920 - $100.48 USD
Clutch Disk - C0100-6E600 - $72.513 USD
Throwout bearing - 30502-41U20 - $32.67 USD

There are 2 different part no. for the clutch cover.

30210-89F00-240mm 635KG Clamping force
30210-2Y920- 250mm 750KG Clamping force

Now from what i read the clutch cover(pressure plate) i got was used between Nov 2000 to June 2001. It was 250mm compared to 240mm. It also has more clamping force, the 2Y920 has 750KG(1650lbs) compared to the 635KG(1397lbs) of the 89F00. The stock 4th gen is 240mm and has 580KG (1276lbs) of clamping force.

This is what ive read in previous threads. This clutch grabs and grabs some more. I think everyone thats done the 5th gen clutch setup likes it.

5th gen clutch is the same price as a 4th gen, but good luck getting a dealer to install a 5th gen clutch on your car. Thoes ignorant ****s will probably tell you it wont work cus they dont know and wont try. And, if you are able to convince them to do it, dont expect a warantee.

My statement was directed twoards my local dealer which employs the most incompetent people. And based on some of the work Ive tried to get them to do in the past, they would never try it.
