How does this work, exactly? i know you will have a couple vacuum lines leading to absolutely nowhere after the swap, and I suspect you MIGHT have a CEL... anyone done this before? results?

You're better off asking this in the all motor forum, but, with lines leading to nowhere what are you referring to? Things that need vacuum that have nowhere to hook up to on the manifold or lines from the manifold that have nowhere to go?

You will need to block off the vacuum hose going to the swirl valve.

Not if he chooses to keep the swirl valve and find a vacuum source for it. Who would want to do that, though?
