afew problems...need answers
The first problem is when I first start my car up from a 2+ hour sitting the car on the outside smell like straight gas.(near the front area not rear)
The 2nd is lately when im at a stop light the car rpms drop from about 800 to 500 and it fills like its going to cut off but it never have also sometimes when I take off I can see the rpm go up drop alitle then move up some more then drop alittle and move up more(my foot is steady on the pedal)
Maybe i can take a video so it can up clear it up a bit...
Also when i turned on the heat today it made a hmm nosie about 15-30 seconds also it did the same thing when i turned it off...

As far as the heavy gas smell, you have a fuel leak. Check your fuel lines as this is very dangerous. Your car may catch fire quite easily like this.
As far the inconsistent revs, it can be as simple as a vacuum leak or as serious as a misfire. Misfire can be caused by incorrect timing (bad spark plugs, failing ecu, failing coil packs, etc..) or by fuel related issues. This can be a broad area to troubleshoot.

do you have to crank several times or it starts immediately?
2nd problem.. could be maybe fuel filter is clogged?

Fixed the fuel leak, I notice under the throttle cables there was a wet looking hose and smelled like gas so I tighten it up and it doesnt leak any more..
I change the air filter also, the old one was like a sand box, then next pay ill change the spark plugs and fuel filter...I hope that'll do it because I'm broke
