vibration in the pedals..
vibration in the pedals..
alright guys.. so when I start the car (for about 2-3 weeks now) I get vibration through the pedals and its definitely audible for about the first 5-7 minutes of driving. Now after that amount of time passes or the engine fully warms up, it doesn't do it anymore. Thing is, I pretty its the tranny. It resonates literally, you can hear and feel it, when it occurs.
(super timing chain rattle? lol)
But.. what part. I did a test and it does it with or without the clutch in and whether or not its in gear when the RPM's drop to about a grand, regardless.
Any ideas, I'm hoping someone would know. Intelligent answers only, please.

the fact that you can hear it, is what I don't like. Why don't you listen from outside the car sometime and see if you can figure out where it's coming from? Lately, my pedals and shifter have been pretty bad, but i don't think anything of it. Vibrations come from everything. I think my Max has about had it. 250,000 miles and still running. I think.

yeah I watchedand felt the engine and I think the mounts are fine, so perhaps it is the exhaust. a few friends said possible tranny mount as well. who knows, as long as it's not something vital..
