Battery & Brake Light

OK folks...here's the scoop. My battery and brake light are on, well, they've been on. Recently, my alternator stopped working, so today I put a new one in thinking it would get rid of the lights. So this is my 5th alternater (made them check it before I bought it and it was good) since February and the battery and brake lights are still on. I check the voltage and it is charging between 14.7-15.1v (depending on what accesories are on). So I thought it may be the battery...returned the old one, and got a better one and still the same. So, essentially, I changed the alternator, battery, brake fluid, and checked all the major fuses but I can't seem to figure out why the hell the damn dash lights are contantly on! What are all of the possible reasons for these to be on?

I already stated that I already checked that. I'm thinking there may be a short somewhere, but I have no idea where to even start looking. Any other suggestions?

I really have no idea, but resetting the ecu is usually a good thing to do.
