i'm just trying to decide what route i want or even to go yellow for my oem fogs on my 99 sel. I was thinking yellow h3 bulbs but i'm not sure if it will look yellow enough or should i paint my lens yellow with kyrlon. Can anyone photo shop this lens painted yellow

i have a 99 sel sterling mist, or if anyone has done it post up.

i already have a retrofit done with a 4300 osram so i wanted yellow fogs the oem fogs are nasty halogen ughh.

so my request are peoples' oppions, and pics of it on any car, light output for both painted lens and bulbs comparison, painted lens pics, thanks guys.

At 30 bucks a set, over 6 months the cost is minimal.

But I aint replacing them, it's back to stock for me.

which ones do u have i got there so called neon yellow, there was an option for there other yellow ones do u have those? don't get me wrong there is quite a bit of contrast when compared next to my hid retro 4300 osrams but i want more yellow and it is damn difficult to aim the fogs i've turned them and tuend them and the beam pattern won't change at least for the passenger side they just scatter light everywhere i want em focused on the forgrond which way do u turn em?

but the capsule mod only gives you yellow light but not more lighting... nor would the yellow bulbs for that matter.

I never claimed you'd get more light output. That's impossible if you're gonna be using the same type of bulb. I just said that's the best option to go with if you want real yellow fogs.

all i want is foreground lighting distinction i don't need more light that is what i have my hid retro for. If the fogs were too bright it wouldn't help at all in the fog. fog lights are meant to light up foreground beneath the fog if it is too bright it will just light up the fog and ruin my visibility. try throwing on high beams in a real dense fog you'll see what i mean.

i bought some off ebay from a member named global preimere. They have lasted about a year and a half and are real yellow compared to anything i ever tried. They run about $15 shipped a pair.

Pictures never do yellow bulbs justice they are much yellower fomr a distance and in person

best yellow bulbs were the Narva Rally Golds.. they were 85 watt though and cracked my old lenses. Lamin x vinly tape gets you a good color. thats what i have. i like how it looks though some peeps on here dont.

His lights, he did himself, search for "AE Headlights" His corners are the "Euro" ones that you get from http://www.customenterprise.com/view...sd/scspid/4717 or you can get the same lights from ebay for much cheaper.
