finding a fuse

can anyone tell me which fuse or fuses i should check because my clock and all the lights on the dash i.e(check engine, oil, battery, airbags, brake ect.) are not working. i'd rather not take her to the dealer but she never came with an owners manual and im completely stumped. thanks ppl input = appreciated greatly

back of the fuse cover theres a list.

i dont have a fuse cover or else i wouldnt be asking. the car isnt starting and i really need it 2 get 2 work tomorrow. plz someone save me!
